Turn off logins for an entire role at once -- e.g. during an audit -- without touching individual accounts. The admin role can't be disabled here (that would lock everyone out).
Auto-logout
Automatically log out an inactive session after this many minutes of no scans, taps, or typing -- protects the kiosk if someone walks away mid-session. Shortly before logging out, the current user is asked to re-scan their badge to stay signed in. Applies to this device.

Runs automatically every day between 07:00 and 18:00 SAST. If a day is missed, the
previous day's audit is backfilled automatically the next time the window opens.
A discrepancy is any change in an item's quantity since its last audit -- this system
doesn't know your expected restock schedule, so every change is surfaced for review,
not just decreases.
DB Tools
Export, import, or diff any table directly. Raw tool -- for messy spreadsheets, use
Items/Tools Export/Import CSV on their own tabs instead.
